Mandated by Espace pour la vie and the City of Montreal, our production team designed two one-of-a-kind experiences. In the first space, we produced a human-powered cellphone charging station. The table has a speaker and six wireless charging ports powered by a custom-built stationary bike. The second experience is centred around three human-powered music boxes, each highlighting different aspects of the biosphere (i.e.Beehive). Each box projects light and music. When all three boxes are used simultaneously, the music comes together into an original piece. Our team also created a unique atmosphere by producing 5 LED star benches representing the venue logo, a giant pinecone disco ball reflecting the light projections, and a short animation video to take the visitors through the entire experience.
